Nocturnal Animals (2016) Storyline
The film is adapted by Austin Wright’s novel “Tony and Susan”. A postmodern style black thriller.
The novel tells a story: 20 years later after leaving her husband, Susan suddenly received a manuscript sent from her husband. This manuscript is called “nocturnal animals”, which said one family is going on holiday, but the wonderful holiday became deadly nightmare. The husband wanted Susan to give some advice for this book, while Susan read the novel, while reminiscing about his first marriage, dark truth about her has gradually surfaced.
